The Kimberley District Heritage Society is celebrating 40 years since its inception in 1978. Since that time there have been numerous projects, exhibits and donations of items to the Kimberley Heritage Museum. The collection of artifacts now numbers 10343 artifacts and 11314 photographs, (as of Dec.31,2017)

The Kimberley Heritage Museum has a summer student position available from July 3, 2018 to August 25th. Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 4:30 pm at $12.65 per hour. Resumes can be dropped off at the Museum or emailed to kdhs@shawbiz.ca until June 22, 2018. You must be a full-time student returning to school in the fall to qualify.
